Expressive Typography

Spring 2024

In this project, we were to create experimental lettering that expressed meanings of the words. For example, I creating the letters out of cotton balls, and after editing photos, the letterforms looked like pooling water. The goal was to make the letterforms express the meaning of the word simply in black and white before adding effects and colors.

I used Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop in this project.
